Title: Populating sequestered dark sector with ultra-relativistic bubbles
Abstract: In this presentation I will present a study of Dark Matter (DM) production during a first-order phase transition, arising from bubble-plasma collisions. I will focus on the scenarios where the DM sector is secluded and the interaction with the visible sector (including the Standard Model) originates from dimension five and six operators. We find that such DM is generically heavy and has a large initial velocity consequently leading to the possibility of DM being warm today. We differentiate the cases of weakly and strongly coupled dark sectors, whereas in the former case we focus on glueball DM, which turns out to have very distinct phenomenological properties.
