2024 Dark Matter Day at King's College London

Europe/London
Description

Boo! Happy International Dark Matter Day!

This year, we’re thrilled to host our annual event on November 15! Join us in celebrating the tireless work of scientists worldwide who are searching for dark matter—the elusive substance that makes up 80% of the universe, yet remains one of its biggest mysteries.

Today, physicists from King’s College London will dive into the science of dark matter, exploring some of the biggest questions: What is it? Where is it? Why is it? And most importantly, how can we find it?

Dress to impress! The event will be held at the Anatomy Lecture Theatre (King's College London, Strand Campus, King's Building, 6th Floor, K6.29).
